Who is she?
What does she look like?
What's her age?
What's her problem?
How can you help her?
Do you have the image of her in your head? Great!
Now, what are you doing to LAND that dream client?
If you don't know the answer to that question, you NEED to!
Whether you're a coach, an expert, a consultant, or a service based provider, you WANT and NEED your ideal client to be looking your direction.
You want that ideal client to feel like you have the answer to their problems. That ideal client should be ready and willing to throw their credit cards at you.
If you don't have that effect on your ideal client, guess what?
They're moving on to someone else who does.
That's a hard pill to swallow, sis.
It doesn't matter if your content is written or live, it needs to be doing the work for you.
What happens when your content isn't working?
You have no leads, you have no sales, and you have no business in that case. 💣
You've GOT to look like the expert in your field, sis.
The number one way for you to be the immediate expert to someone? Your messaging!
I see some many coaches or experts out there posting (and even posting consistently), but, I'm just going to say it.....
Their content sucks! #truthhurts
Their content isn't very compelling, it's not inspiring action, and it's definitely not inspiring emotion.
I truly believe that copywriting marketing is a psychological skill that you've GOT to have.
You have to be able to tap into those psychological triggers that your clients have that will propel them to take action. This is a skill that has to be honed as a business owner.
You better take notes, because I'm about to tell you exactly what you need to master and how!
What pain are they trying to escape?
What's keeping them up all night?
Here's the best way I can describe this:
Let's say that you have this physical pain in your body. It's hallow, right around your rib cage and you don't know what it is. But it's really bothering you, and you are just looking for answers.
What if a homeless person came up to you and described EXACTLY the pain you are feeling. What are you going to assume about this homeless person? That they know what this is and that they probably have the solution.
You see how this works?
This ALONE is so powerful in positioning YOU as the expert. I don't care what credentials, letters behind your name, etc. you have or don't have.
If you don't know how to do this with your marketing, your messaging, your videos, and your posts, your content is going to BOMB!! And not in a good way.
Sure, you may get lucky and people may like and comment on your posts. But are they going to take action? No! Why? Because you're not seen as the expert, and more as a commodity instead, if you are speaking in general terms vs specific to YOUR people.
And if you want to leap into the 6 figure income bracket - You've got to be seen as the expert, therefore you've got to nail your messaging!
2. Show up
Once you've got your messaging nailed down, you've got to show up, and you've got to show up consistently!
You can know your ideal client inside and out.
You can even know them better than they know themselves.
BUT, if you're not showing up consistently, it doesn't matter what you know or how good you are at what you do!
These two things are the power DUO!
If you have the messaging and you show up consistently your life AND business will look drastically different in no time!
I know it seems very simple. But so.many.people miss the mark because they are not consistent with both.
